We want knocktwice.studio to work for everyone who visits, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. This page explains where we are, where we're falling short, and how to reach us if you hit a wall.
We're aiming for WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our standard. We're not fully there yet, but we're building with it in mind and we take accessibility feedback seriously.
We tested the site in August 2026 using the WAVE accessibility evaluation tool. Some pages hold up well; others need work. We'd describe the site as partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA, meaning we meet many of the criteria, but not all of them yet.
The biggest known issue right now is color contrast in a few places on the site, some text doesn't meet the contrast ratios WCAG requires for people with low vision. We're aware of it.
We have a full site redesign in the works for 2027, and accessibility is a first-class consideration in that build, proper contrast, semantic markup, keyboard navigation, screen reader testing, the works. Because the redesign is close, we're focusing our current effort on the most impactful fixes rather than a full remediation of a site we're about to replace.
If you hit a specific barrier before then, please tell us, we'll fix what we can immediately.
If you find something else, we want to know.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. If you need information from the site in a different format (a policy read aloud, a product description sent over email, something else), just ask and we'll send it over.
